About Our GLUTES! Fitness Program

Our new GLUTES! fitness program is designed to help you shred fat and build lean muscle through high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that target the glutes, abs, and upper-body muscles. Some of these glute exercises include squats with weights, deadlifts, leg extensions, barbell lunges, and other moves that incorporate dumbbells, barbells, and glute machines. This intense, full-body workout is perfect for anyone who is looking for great butt-burning exercises or a bodybuilding program that prioritizes the glutes while incorporating upper-body exercises to maintain strong, lean muscle mass overall. We are also launching our TOTAL BODY! fitness program this New Year, which is made up of full-body workouts that target different muscle groups during different days of the week.
