Who We Are
I’m Hannah Eden, a former CrossFit competitor turned HIIT training guru — and I am here to help you get that bangin’ body you’ve always dreamed of! I am a firm believer that if I can do it, so can anyone. All it takes is the motivation, dedication, and a strong support system of trainers to give you that extra push when you need it. I owe my success to those who never let me give up, and I can be that person for you!
My husband, Paulo, our trainers, and I fell in love with the fitness world many years ago, and we built our fitness program on an undying passion for helping others become their strongest, healthiest selves. What started as our own little fitness bootcamp in Fort Lauderdale quickly gained popularity as other workout enthusiasts joined us, surpassed their fitness goals, and kept coming back for more. It got to the point where people were so “workout high” that they never wanted to stop training with us, so we gave them PumpFit Club.
To this day, my husband and I are amazed at the incredible results people were seeing because of our high intensity interval training bootcamp, and we attribute our accomplishments as fitness trainers to the hard work and dedication of those we have coached. To us, there is nothing more rewarding than watching others transform their bodies and reach their dreams through our fitness program — it’s even better than seeing our own results!
At this point, you might be thinking to yourself, “Is any of this even true?” or “There’s no way I can do this,” and to that, I say yes, and yes you can! Like I said, I wasn’t always a fitness junkie, and there have been many times in the past where I was filled with nothing but self-doubt. All it took was the desire and commitment to turn those negative thoughts and feelings into workout fuel — and holy sh*t, did it work! For me, it just meant changing my mindset, finding the right trainers, and working my ass off. For you, this could mean joining the PumpFit Club!
PumpFit Club is the fitness training program my husband and I launched after seeing the incredible success of our fitness bootcamp in Fort Lauderdale so many years ago. Since then, tons of people from all walks of life have joined PumpFit with one shared goal of getting in shape, making it one of the best and most popular workout programs today. And I’m not saying this to be vain — so many people have come to me at a loss of words for just how blown away they are by their results.
As the proud owners of PumpFit Club, Paulo, our trainers, and myself are excited to offer many different workout plans at our fitness boutique, from HIIT to kettlebell workouts to circuit training, and more — all available with one membership. We offer single classes, bulk class packages, and unlimited monthly access to all our workouts, videos, nutritional guides, and other fitness resources, so there truly is something for everyone at PumpFit. We make it possible for you to choose whatever fitness package is best for you, and we will be there to support you through it all.
Like with any other fitness program, the effectiveness of our PumpFit workouts all comes down to how much time, effort, and dedication you put into them. I’ll be the first to say that nothing is going to happen if you do a HIIT workout, kettlebell workout, or group exercise class once every couple weeks.
