All About The Glutes
The BUILD is a group fitness class that primarily focuses on glute exercises to work the posterior chain. During this glute specialist class, fitness coach Jason Cenami leads members in muscle building and toning exercises, including squats, side steps, and donkey kicks with resistance bands, as well as hip thrusts and squats with weights. The result? A kick-ass glute workout that’ll leave your muscles burning and craving more.
A Full Body Workout
The main portion of this glute workout is low intensity, rep-specific, and focused on muscle building and toning, making it a great addition to your bodybuilding workout plan. Though this class includes some of the best glute exercises, it also serves as a total body training program with some high frequency, HIIT exercises to work the upper body. Sign up consecutively throughout the week to get the most out of this BUILD glute workout, while still getting the total body strength training exercises you need to keep your back, arms, and abs strong.
