In part one of this blog series, I explained what high intensity interval training is and why so many people love it. As it turns out, there is more to HIIT workouts than burning calories, losing weight, and getting fit in a short period of time. Since there is no need for dumbbells, treadmills, or any other kind of gym equipment, HIIT exercises can also be done anywhere and at any time, making them the perfect workout for anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals but doesn’t think they have the time.
